Telephone and Video Consultations
Most areas of our practice, such as bankruptcy, debt settlement, debtor defense, civil litigation, etc., do not typically require a visit to the office. In the last few years, many areas of law have become at least partially virtual. For example, in bankruptcy cases, the entire process can be conducted via phone or video, from the initial consultation to document review, signings, and even the bankruptcy hearing (“meetings of creditors”).
That said, ifour clients want to meet with their attorney in person, they always have thatoption.
