The Office Visit:
I am sometimes asked by potential clients if they must come into the office. People have a lot to do, so they do not want to spend their time running back and forth to their bankruptcy lawyer’s office. Although I will have to meet with you a couple of times, most things can be handled over the phone, by email, fax, or postal mail. Typically my clients have an initial consultation and a followup to review their final documents before submission to the court. My office uses up-to-date technology to make the whole process less burdensome for our clients.
